
Easy Keto Bread Recipe for Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 Large egg
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Pour olive oil into a microwave-safe dish. Coat the sides and bottom evenly.
- Beat the heavy cream and egg until well-mixed.
- Stir in the baking powder and coconut flour.
- Spread the batter evenly in the dish using a rubber spatula.
- Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes (You know its ready when you insert a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean).
- You are now ready to use it how you like. Maybe butter! A sandwich?
