
Keto Coconut Flour Crepes Recipe
This is a tasty and light delight, made from coconut flour. It is versatile with any type of filling, sweet or salty. It is easy and quick to make requiring only 6 core ingredients. Adjust as you would like!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Whole Milk
- 1.5 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Powdered Erythritol
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Whisk in the vanilla extract and milk.
- Stir in the coconut flour until smooth and creamy.
- Use a ladle and put measured amounts into a lightly oiled non-stick pan.
- Swirl around and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Dust wtih the powdered erythritol and cinnamon powder to serve(Another option is to include the cinnamon in the mixture itself before cooking.)
