- 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 oz Softened butter
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tbsp Matcha Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
- Combine and pulse mix all ingredients in a food processor.
- Scoop the mixture and roll into bite-size balls.
- Cover each ball with coconut flakes.
- Put in the fridge or freezer until ready to serve.
