Keto Strawberry Fat Bombs
Many enjoy strawberry cheesecake. Now they can enjoy it in the form of a bite-size fat bomb. It is simple and delightful.
- 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
- 100 grams Cream Cheese (softened)
- 30 grams Strawberries diced (frozen or fresh)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Erythritol
- Puree the erythritol and strawberries in a food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Make the mixture into balls, then chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
