Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
  • 100 grams Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 30 grams Strawberries diced (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol

Instructions
 

  • Puree the erythritol and strawberries in a food processor.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Make the mixture into balls, then chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
